How can I pay? We currently accept all major cards including third-party systems including but not limited to PayPal and Venmo. All sale(s) are final upon payment receipt.

Shipping Q's

How do we ship? Most items are shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt via USPS. We can ship anywhere in the world. We are not responsible for any additional fees/charges from customs/parcel services.

‣ Phone Cases are individually made when ordered. Please allow 2-7 business days to complete production and 4 business days for shipping & delivery.

‣ Lighters are individually made when ordered. Please allow up to 2 business days for production.

Do we offer rush shipping? We do our best to quickly ship all requested expedited orders. To send a request please e-mail prettygirlssmoke.co@gmail.com for questions. Include your order # in your e-mail.

Return Q's

Can I return my purchase? Due to the nature of our products, we can not accept returns at this time and we do not process refunds. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us.
